      Park University Art Exhibit -- Vision 20/20: Art by Park University Faculty

      An art exhibit featuring the work of Park University faculty will be on display Monday, March 9, through Friday, April 24, in the University’s Campanella Gallery, located within Norrington Center on the Parkville Campus. Admission to the exhibit, “Vision 20/20: Art by Park University Faculty,” is free. A reception for the artists will be held on Friday, March 20, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Gallery.

      The exhibit will celebrate the creative accomplishments and diverse talents of the University’s Department of Art and Design faculty in a variety of media and stylistic expressions, including photography, mixed media, digital art, fiber, drawing, ceramic, and painting.

      Faculty scheduled to have work on exhibit include:
      • Donna Bachmann, professor emeritus of art and founder of the Campanella Gallery, Roeland Park, Kan.
      • Callie Bower, adjunct instructor of art, Kansas City, Mo.
      • William Eickhorst, Ed.D., adjunct instructor of fine art, Kansas City, Mo.
      • Frank Hamilton, adjunct instructor of art and photography, Weatherby Lake, Mo.
      • Merrick Henry, lecturer of graphic design, Kansas City, Mo.
      • Debra Hillen, adjunct instructor of art, Olathe, Kan.
      • Masoom Khawaja, adjunct instructor of fine art and graphic design, Kansas City, Mo.
      • Matthew Krawcheck, adjunct instructor of art, Overland Park, Kan.
      • Andrea Lee, Ph.D., assistant professor of art and director of the Campanella Gallery, Liberty, Mo.
      • Elaina Michalski, lecturer of art, Liberty, Mo.
      • Roxann O’Rourke-Sherrodd, assistant professor of interior design, Kansas City, Mo.
      • Lynn Richardson-Ludwigs, adjunct instructor of art, Kansas City, Mo.

      The Campanella Gallery is open during Norrington Center’s regular business hours as follows:
      • Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Sunday, 4 to 9:30 p.m.
      o During the week of the University’s Spring Break, the Gallery’s hours will be: Monday, March 9, through Friday, March 13, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; closed Saturday and Sunday, March 14 and 15
